Market Impact Summary

The overall market continues to experience the effects of tariffs on a wide range of products originating from multiple countries. These tariffs have had a significant impact on most U.S. manufacturing companies, and Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is not immune to these pressures. Cost increases are affecting both imported goods and domestic commodities. While our supply and operations teams are working diligently to minimize these impacts, we are unable to fully offset the rising costs.

Implementation of Surcharges and Pricing Changes

To manage the ongoing impact of these tariffs, VSG will be implementing the following surcharges and fixed pricing adjustments across its brands:

• Surcharges: A variable surcharge will be applied to offset ongoing tariff & commodity fluctuations.
• Fixed Pricing Changes: We are implementing additional price decreases or increases on certain product offerings.
