My life: I’ve lived in Madison, IN. my entire life, attending Madison Consolidated High School and then Ivy Tech. I have an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science Automotive Technology and for the past 10 years, worked in various GM dealerships, either as a technician or service advisor. My lovely wife is Chelsea Burch, who also works at VSG as Team Lead for the Order Management department and we have been together for 8 years.
Hobbies: Working on cars and nearly anything else with an engine. Camping, racing, and traveling with my lovely wife are also my favorite past time.

My Life: I’m a native of Jefferson County but traveled around for several years, living in Shanghai, China, Clarksville, TN, and Lagrange, KY. My wife, Kristi, and I now reside near Deputy, IN. I earned a BS in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. Prior to joining VSG, I worked for Dow Corning/Dow Chemical for 30 years, during which time I held a variety of roles in Operations, Safety and Loss Prevention, and Production Scheduling.
Hobbies: Fishing, hiking, gardening, mowing grass, and playing with my grandkids.
Favorite teams: My wife and I are fans of the Indiana Hoosiers, Tennessee Volunteers, and the Indianapolis Colts.

Michelle recently came to VSG at the end of July 2022. She was previously a Customer Service Representative at the Madison BMV. She also comes from over 4 years of retail management at the Madison Shoe Sensation. She has always enjoyed working with the public and looks forward to growing in her career in Customer Service here at VSG.

Hobbies: Keeping up with my kid, my partner Josh and his younger sister, Maddie, and our home life keeps me busy most of the time! I enjoy art, cooking, baking, enjoying the outdoors, and I love to spend time with family and friends.
My Life: I have lived in Madison for about 11 years. I grew up in the Oregon/Washington area where the other half of my family still resides. I moved to Madison when I was 17 shortly before giving birth to my son, Klayton (11). My life basically revolves around my family and doing the best I can for them!

Olivia Bramer, ServAll Product Consultant
Olivia started with VSG in ServAll in August of 2022. Prior to her time at VSG she was a Customer Service Representative at the Madison BMV. In her short time here, she has done follow-ups and some dispatches. She is still learning but is excited to see how she progresses.

Hobbies: I enjoy watching shows like Parks & Rec, the Office, Letterkenny, etc., spending time with my husband, and cooking.
My Life: I was born and raised in Morehead, KY, and then moved to Madison in 2019/2020. I have two brothers, Christopher (older) and Cameron (younger). My best friends are my grandparents (they’re truly the best people on this planet). My husband, Stuart, and I met in college at Morehead State University and have been together ever since. We just purchased our home in March, got our puppy in April, and then got married in May, so 2022 has been a big year for us.
